We understand that receiving your gift can be a little bit nerve-wracking. That's why we want to make sure you're happy with your gift and get the best possible experience.

Kindly Note that we will not be able to process any claims of missing/damaged items where video proof of unboxing is not provided to us within a reasonable time frame not exceeding 3 days from the date of delivery.

If opened or damaged parcel is accepted by the 'Employee of LTTS' or anyone on their behalf we will not be able to process return/replacement of your order.
